Fanny founded Agence Charlie in 2017, naming the company after her eldest daughter. The name “Charlie” also refers to the trademark “Where’s Waldo?” in French (“Où est Charlie?”), which well illustrates the work of recruiters, who seek to find a specific person within a specific sector. Going from the role of business leader to super mom, Fanny is a woman with a ton of projects, passionate about continuous improvement and evolution.
